Switch off and let the light cool before cleaning. Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry straight away. Use a stone-safe cleaner and wipe up spills at once. Avoid acids and abrasives.
Shipping + Returns
Made to order. Standard dispatch time is shown under the price. Delivery time is added once your piece ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and tracking is emailed when it ships.
Duties and taxes. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Returns. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Natural materials vary slightly, and this is not a defect.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 days of being placed.
