Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders may be canceled within a 2 day grace period (depending on production scheduling) at no cost by contacting sales@casanarrative.com. This grace period begins from the time the order is placed.

• After the 2 day grace period, or once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.

• Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation, as production may start sooner than 2 days for some orders.

Modifications to Orders

• Requests to modify an order (e.g., changing items, quantities, or shipping address) must be made within the 2 day grace period by contacting sales@casanarrative.com.

• Modifications may not be possible once production has begun, and any approved changes may incur additional fees.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If a cancellation is approved within the 2 day grace period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• No refunds are available for orders canceled after production has started.

Payment Requirements

All orders placed online or through our showroom require payment in full at the time of purchase.
