Casa Narrative ships globally to the UK, EU, North America, and Middle East. Pieces originate from studios in the UK, Portugal, Germany, or the Netherlands. All items are made to order, ensuring exclusivity.
2. Lead Times
Indicative dates are noted on each product page. These are estimates; production begins upon order confirmation. We endeavour to process as swiftly as possible, with notifications for any shifts. Delays from craft or transit, though uncommon, may occur.
3. Delivery Methods
We partner with premium couriers for secure transport. Smaller pieces via express; larger via freight or white glove (assembly optional, inquire at sales@casanarrative.com). Tracking provided post-dispatch.
4. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. No hidden fees—duties and taxes included for seamless arrival.
5. Customs and Duties
Pre-calculated and charged at checkout (DDP). You’re covered; no surprises on delivery.
6. Returns Policy
Made-to-order pieces are final. No returns for preference. Exceptions for damage or defects—notify within 48 hours of receipt with photos to sales@casanarrative.com. We’ll assess and resolve, potentially via repair, replacement, or refund (less shipping).
7. Cancellations
Possible within 24 hours of order, full refund. Post-production start: subject to 25% restocking fee. Once shipped, non-cancellable.
8. Damages and Inspections
Inspect upon delivery. Note issues on carrier documents. Report to us immediately; we’ll coordinate claims. Refusals or abandonments forfeit refunds.
9. Refunds Process
Issued to original payment method within 14 days of approval. Shipping fees non-refundable unless our error.
