Shipping Methods and Dispatch

As all Casa Narrative products are made-to-order, production lead times apply (see below). Once production is complete, in-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days. No packages are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. We partner with trusted third-party shipping companies, and reserve the right to use alternative carriers based on availability and suitability for your order. Casa Narrative is not responsible for delays once the item has left our facilities.

Tracking and Delivery

All online orders are shipped via trackable services. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please note that exact delivery time slots are not available.

Premium Delivery Options

For specialized delivery services, such as White Glove and Assembly, please contact our team at sales@casanarrative.com before placing your order to discuss options and pricing. These services may not be available in all regions (UK, US, EU).

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes multiple made-to-order items, some may be completed and ready for shipping sooner than others. We will contact you to coordinate the most convenient delivery option, which may include full or split deliveries. Additional delivery fees may apply for split deliveries.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination (UK, US, or EU). For international orders, Casa Narrative is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country (e.g., VAT in the EU, customs duties in the US, or import taxes in the UK).

Made-to-Order Lead Times

All Casa Narrative products are made-to-order, with standard lead times typically ranging from 4–16 weeks, as indicated in each product’s description on our website. These are estimates and may vary due to production, shipping, or customs delays. Casa Narrative is not responsible for such delays but will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
